Who created it

Manuela Peixoto

Manuela Peixoto is a nutritionist, postgraduate in maternal-infant nutrition and specialist in nutritional education in the school environment.

For 10 years she has worked on the formation of healthy habits in children, young people and adults. She is founder of Inovar Nutring, a consultancy responsible for the nutrition of nearly 20,000 students and the planning of around 400,000 meals per month.


With a team of five nutritionists, she leads menu development, operational management in schools, team training, waste reduction, nutritional innovation projects and interactive experiences focused on food awareness.


Now she begins a new front dedicated to trainings and talks that combine nutritional education, practice and emotional development.
